RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer and enter into a distance contract with Mallorca Dogtraining, in particular via the website, by email, WhatsApp or telephone, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Mallorca Dogtraining of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For the reimbursement, we will generally use the same means of payment that you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICES DURING THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
If you have expressly requested that Mallorca Dogtraining begin providing the booked service during the 14-day withdrawal period and you withdraw from the contract after performance has already begun, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
This amount is generally calculated in proportion to the part of the service already provided compared with the total scope of the service agreed under the contract.
EXPIRY OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR FULLY PERFORMED SERVICES
For a paid service, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that before performance began
– you expressly requested or agreed that performance of the service should begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and
– you confirmed that you were aware that your right of withdrawal would expire once the service had been fully performed.

Si actúa como consumidor y celebra un contrato con Mallorca Dogtraining a distancia, especialmente a través del sitio web, por correo electrónico, WhatsApp o teléfono, tiene, con carácter general, derecho a desistir del contrato en un plazo de 14 días naturales sin necesidad de indicar ningún motivo.
El plazo de desistimiento será de 14 días naturales a partir del día de celebración del contrato.
EJERCICIO DEL DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO
Para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento deberá comunicar a Mallorca Dogtraining, mediante una declaración inequívoca, su decisión de desistir del contrato.

Para cumplir el plazo de desistimiento será suficiente con enviar la comunicación relativa al ejercicio de este derecho antes de que finalice dicho plazo.
CONSECUENCIAS DEL DESISTIMIENTO
En caso de desistimiento del contrato, Mallorca Dogtraining reembolsará todos los pagos recibidos en relación con el contrato objeto del desistimiento sin demora indebida y, en cualquier caso, dentro de los 14 días naturales siguientes a la fecha en que haya sido informada de la decisión de desistimiento.
El reembolso se realizará, con carácter general, utilizando el mismo medio de pago empleado para la transacción inicial, salvo que se acuerde expresamente otra forma de reembolso.
El cliente no asumirá ningún coste como consecuencia del reembolso.
INICIO DE LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO DURANTE EL PLAZO DE DESISTIMIENTO
Si ha solicitado expresamente que Mallorca Dogtraining comience a prestar el servicio contratado antes de que finalice el plazo de desistimiento de 14 días y posteriormente ejerce su derecho de desistimiento una vez iniciada la prestación, deberá abonar, cuando corresponda legalmente, un importe proporcional a la parte del servicio ya prestada hasta el momento en que comunique su decisión de desistir.
El importe proporcional se calculará en relación con el precio total acordado para el servicio.
PÉRDIDA DEL DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO TRAS LA PRESTACIÓN COMPLETA DEL SERVICIO
En el caso de servicios sujetos a una obligación de pago, el derecho de desistimiento se extinguirá una vez que el servicio haya sido completamente prestado, siempre que antes del inicio de la prestación:
– el cliente haya solicitado o consentido expresamente que la prestación comience antes de que finalice el plazo de desistimiento; y
– el cliente haya declarado conocer que, una vez ejecutado íntegramente el servicio por Mallorca Dogtraining, perderá su derecho de desistimiento.

La utilización del formulario no es obligatoria. También puede ejercerse el derecho de desistimiento mediante cualquier otra declaración inequívoca comunicada dentro del plazo legal.
